I love this dinner. It’s one of my favourites to eat, and is so easy to make. Simple pan fried salmon seasoned with a bit of garlic, salt and lime, quinoa with pine nuts, and a medley of veg – this time steamed kale and broccoli mixed with pan fried aubergine. Healthy and delicious, and i’ve been adding the leftover quinoa to lunch salads and/or soups all week.Pin It
