Mustard Plaice, Wild Rice and Asparagus

Dinner tonight was a very simply cooked pan-fried plaice fillet with a mixture of dijon mustard and light mayonnaise brushed on the top. I stuck the fish under the grill after brushing on the sauce, just to heat it up and give it a bit of colour. I served this with plain wild and white rice and steamed British asparagus.
