Short for time (what else is new?) last night, I threw together this delicious meal in 20 minutes flat. I probably could have cooked it faster if I had pan-fried the fish, but I decided to oven bake it instead. If you’re a strict vegetarian, this is a simple and delicious recipe for pasta. Just add some mushrooms or veggie sausage for some protein. This is definitely my go-to pasta recipe when i’m not in the mood for a red sauce.
