I had some ripe bananas, so made mom’s low-fat banana bread this morning. My house smells divine, and I’m looking forward to a couple of days of yummy, healthy snacks. This time I added raisins to the recipe and skipped the nuts. I’ll likely freeze a half the loaf (pre-sliced) so that it’s nice and fresh tasting when I want it later in the week.
