Dinner Monday night was quick and easy. I really like this white wine sauce. I don’t make it that often because I don’t often have a cup of white wine to spare! But it really does elevate a plain dish and makes it seem just a bit more special.

I baked the salmon for 15 minutes at gas mark 6, steamed the green beans, and boiled the bulgur/quinoa mixture in a bit of vegetable bouillon to give it flavour.
